Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Practitioner to join our team at King's College Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who wants to take on a senior management role while providing advanced clinical support to the hospital during out-of-hours periods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading patient flow across the hospital 24/7, supporting emergency care standards, and responding to critical situations such as cardiac arrests and fires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead patient flow across the hospital 24/7.
  • Support emergency care standards by ensuring patients are placed in the right bed at the right time.
  • Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat inpatients as part of the Hospital at Night Team.
  • Respond to cardiac arrests, fires, and other emergencies.
  • Act as first responder to ward and department patient issues and liaise with medical teams to ensure timely and safe treatment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience at Band 7 within Clinical Site Management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
