We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Pioneering Youth Minister to join our team at Alive Church in Gateshead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our youth strategy, ensuring that our young people are equipped to live out their faith and become leaders in their communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-quality youth program, including midweek groups, Sunday gatherings, and outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure alignment with our church's overall vision and mission.
- Build strong relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our youth ministry and foster partnerships.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, a deep understanding of Christian theology, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive annual salary of £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
