Role Overview

A leading healthcare provider seeks an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join their team at a hospital rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC.

This position involves supporting individual theatre practitioners in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience working in theatre environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the senior management team in implementing theatre policies and procedures
  • Mentoring junior theatre staff to develop their skills and confidence
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, medicine)
  • At least 3 years of experience in theatre environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
