Job Description

We are seeking a Resource Management Specialist to join our team at Citation Ltd.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to clients across the UK, ensuring they get the most out of their Citation service.
  • You will welcome clients, train them on our platform, and make proactive touch points throughout their contract with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch telephone and online support to clients
  • Welcome new clients and onboard them onto our platform
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • An excellent problem solver with strong communication skills
  • Able to quickly learn our online tools and systems
  • Familiarity with the Health & Safety, HR, Employment Law, and ISO services sectors
