Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with major global brands, working across social media and influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships and act as a senior contact for social and influencer accounts.
  • Drive strategic account planning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire campaign process, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure commercial health.
  • Lead a team, foster a culture of learning, and collaborate across departments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social and influencer marketing, including content creators and platform management (Meta, TikTok).
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver results.
  • Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and project delivery skills.
  • Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and guiding account teams.
