Pay Rate: £280 - £320 Per Day (Negotiable based on level of experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction site with the Project Manager, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Managing on-site personnel, including subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered to the highest possible standard and meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with HSQE regulations.
  • Completing inductions and toolbox talks.
  • Proactivity in identifying and resolving on-site issues before they become apparent.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Support and development of junior members of staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience delivering education extension projects within the construction sector (Projects circa £10 Million in value, or above).
  • Worked up from a carpentry background, with strong ability managing internals.
  • A valid CSCS Card (Black CSCS Card preferred).
  • A valid SMSTS Certificate.
  • A valid First Aid Certificate.
