We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that respects and promotes the dignity of our customers.
  • Support customers to access local community groups, activities, and events.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, families, and professionals.
  • Document and report information accurately and confidentially.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £p/hr (drivers) paid per shift, including travel time.
  • Mileage reimbursement of 45p per mile for drivers.

Working Hours:

As a Care Assistant, you will work a variety of shifts, including late shifts and alternate weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 4 full-time or 8 part-time shifts per week.

Shift patterns include:

  • Early Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm
  • Late Shifts: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time dependent on public transport times)
