We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our production team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing production plans, and ensuring high-quality products are delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and experience working in an SME environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement production plans, scheduling tasks, and allocating resources to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze production data to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct production staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analysis software.
