About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our Facilities Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service across our estate, ensuring our properties are safe and clean places to work or learn in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality cleaning service to our properties, including emptying litter and recycling bins, cleaning all surfaces, internal glass, floors, furniture, fixtures and fittings, and cleaning all sanitary areas, toilets and showers.
- Care for and clean all equipment used in carrying out duties.
- Support cleaning tasks across other buildings as required.
- Deliver to cleaning specification requirements and cooperate with performance measurement to meet agreed standards.
- Hold a key to enable opening and closing of buildings and operate security alarm systems when opening a building.
- Close accessible windows and doors, switch off lights and ensure premises are left safe and secure.
