Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Challenge-TRG Recruitment Careers. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of one of our blue-chip contracts, ensuring a high-quality consistent service is delivered to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contract from recruitment to operational delivery, building effective client relationships
  • Meet with the client on a weekly basis to review SLA/KPIs and ensure consistent achievement
  • Monitor, forecast, and report on the financial performance of the site
  • Line manage the onsite team, including motivation, target setting, and development
  • Oversee the daily implementation of the operational plan and provide regular updates to the line manager
