We are seeking a highly motivated Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing in Sandbach.
The successful candidate will be supporting a young male who has autism and requires assistance with daily living tasks. This includes maintaining his home, promoting independence, and managing aspects of his daily routine.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with household chores and daily living tasks
- Encouraging independence and self-reliance
- Supporting the individual with anxiety and distress management
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to drive a motability car, and be comfortable working with individuals with complex needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour, enhanced on Bank Holidays, and opportunities for professional development.
