Key Responsibilities

  • You'll work closely with the Training Management Group (TMG) to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  • You'll lead the development of new training solutions, using Agile methodologies to deliver results quickly and efficiently.
  • You'll establish priorities and focus areas for training improvement with the Training Delivery Unit Product Owner and Educators.
  • You'll motivate and inspire teams to deliver exciting and achievable transformative solutions within training.

Requirements

  • You'll have intimate knowledge of training delivery in one of the following areas: Command Leadership and Management – People Centred Leadership (CLM), Weapons Engineering (WE), Communications Information Systems (CIS), Warfare/Warfare Support (WAR), or Defence Diving (DDS).
  • You'll have proven experience preparing, presenting, and delivering solutions to clients.
  • You'll have experience working within an agile environment and managing projects from start to finish.
