Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join one of our clients in Derby, UK.

This role requires the successful candidate to have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship will not be available.

The working hours will be 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule of 4.5 days between 7am and 7pm, with hours agreed upon at business discretion.

BPSS+ Clearance is a requirement, which will be completed by onsite security.

Previous experience working with or for Airbus or Rolls Royce is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor suppliers' performance and implement improvements.
  • Analyze load and capacity to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and manage supply chain intelligence to drive business decisions.
  • Implement transfer of work management and design change industrialization.
  • Lead quality management initiatives, including correction and prevention of non-conformities.
  • Develop and manage supplier development, audit, and assessment programs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Industrial background and culture within the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Auditor qualification and experience with APQP and 8D/9S methodologies.
