Fragrance Ambassador

At Jo Malone London, we're on the hunt for a talented Fragrance Ambassador to join our team. As a Fragrance Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, showcasing our exquisite fragrances and exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for creating an unforgettable in-store experience for our customers. You'll be knowledgeable about our fragrances, able to advise customers on the perfect scent for their individual tastes, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a loyal customer base.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fragrance, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you're a people person with a passion for luxury beauty, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers
• Be knowledgeable about our fragrances and able to advise customers on the perfect scent for their individual tastes
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to create an unforgettable in-store experience
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
