We are seeking highly skilled and experienced engineers to join our Design Engineering teams at Triumph Motorcycles. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing various components in chassis and powertrain functions, utilizing and building on your knowledge and expertise to create our class-leading motorcycles.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop motorcycle components across all model ranges for Triumph's OE and Racing purposes
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development meet business requirements
- Lead small teams of engineers to work on various packages or areas of a motorcycle and coordinate the development of these while considering the impacts to time, cost, and possible setbacks
- Utilize CAD software to design and develop components
- Collaborate with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure design and development meet production and quality requirements
- Strong background in design engineering with experience in motorcycle components
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CAD software
