About the Role- Lead the residential real estate team in Bristol, building a high-performing team and implementing the business plan for rapid expansion.
- Develop and implement a Bristol business plan, focusing on existing and new connections to drive business growth.
- Provide a vital interface between team members and management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including recruitment, performance management, staff absences, and holidays.
- Instill the Birketts culture and brand signatures throughout the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Be the initial point of escalation for client feedback, handling complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee training and development of junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Experience in all aspects of mainstream residential real estate work, with minimal supervision.
- Strong academic background and a flexible approach to work, ensuring client deadlines are met and clients are communicated with regularly.
- Proven ability to meet the demands of high-value conveyancing, including enhanced accessibility.
- Competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, time recording software, Outlook, and digital dictation.
