We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teaching Economist to join our team at Academics Ltd in Medway.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Economics education and be able to design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Key responsibilities include teaching Economics to Key Stage 4 & 5 students, with a focus on promoting student understanding and achievement.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress and contributing to the development of curriculum materials.

Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities

As a Teaching Economist at Academics Ltd, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of our students. You will be responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of teaching Economics in a secondary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of Economics curricula and pedagogy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
