We are seeking a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team at Beefeater in Dover. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in the success and daily running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new kitchen team members.
  2. Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
  3. Manage stock control and food margins to ensure profitability.
  4. Ensure high standards of NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting brand standards.
  6. Drive individual high performance through development and regular one-to-one meetings.
  7. Have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Show passion for the Beefeater brand and ensure your team is knowledgeable and confident.
