We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Geneticist to join our team as a postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Genetics. This exciting project focuses on the analysis of ancient environmental DNA (aeDNA) data, with a focus on understanding genetic and ecological responses to climate change.

The successful candidate will work closely with Professor Richard Durbin, developing and applying computational methods for aeDNA data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and implementing novel algorithms for efficient aeDNA data processing.
  2. Collaborating with international partners to integrate aeDNA data into larger genomic studies.
