The Chief Fundraising Officer - Strategic Funding Lead will be responsible for leading the development of our Strategic Funding efforts, making a real difference to the lives of young people.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join the fundraising team, as we expand to meet the huge potential to raise more money to support our mission. We're engaging new funders and partners who share our drive to make Scouts accessible to more young people, growing our movement inclusively to reach those who would benefit most.

The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to develop their strategic thinking and operational management skills, as well as their understanding of how a values-based organisation makes decisions and delivers for its members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Strategic Funding team

  • Working closely with senior colleagues, including the CEO
