About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Branch Manager to join our team at Selco. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputising for the Branch General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales.
  • You will be responsible for maximising profit and minimising costs, using your business acumen and negotiation skills to drive sales and improve efficiency.
  • You will lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring that they are engaged and motivated to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the branch is run in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • You will work closely with the Branch General Manager to develop and implement business plans, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
