\u2022 Complete role and tasks required in line with all risk assessments and company procedures.
\u2022 Work in a safe manner, without risk to self or others by observing all health & safety rules.
\u2022 Responsible for handling food products, maintaining high personal hygiene standards, and observing all company hygiene, quality, and housekeeping rules.
\u2022 Ensure equipment and working areas are cleaned to company hygiene standards prior to production run.
\u2022 Comply with \u201CClean As You Go\u201D at all times.
\u2022 Working as part of the production team to achieve daily targets without detriment to product quality, food, and personal safety.
\u2022 Operate machinery in accordance with training and relevant skills.
\u2022 Work as an Operator within all areas of the production process to provide maximum flexibility.
\u2022 Report to Line Optimiser any hazards, defects, or near misses.
\u2022 Ensure product / racks / dolavs are labelled at all times, to maintain traceability.
\u2022 Ensure all Paperwork is filled in accurately and in a timely manner, for all relevant tasks carried out.
\u2022 Ensure monitoring checks are completed as required.
\u2022 Escalate issues which are impacting production and seek corrective actions / resolutions.
\u2022 Ensure compliance to Hellenic Systems procedures and book as you go.
\u2022 Carry out product change overs and set machines in accordance with company procedures.
\u2022 Carry out all other reasonable management requests on an ad hoc basis.

\u2022 Ability to work in a busy factory environment as part of a high-functioning team.
\u2022 Understanding and knowledge of line equipment and throughput requirements.
\u2022 Attention to detail and due diligence in completing paperwork required.
