About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle IAM Support Specialist to join our team at Dabster. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • IAM Administration: Manage and maintain Oracle IAM components, including user accounts, roles, and permissions, to ensure secure and efficient access to our systems and applications.
  • Access Control: Implement and enforce access control policies to safeguard our financial systems and data, adhering to compliance and security standards.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure IAM processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of security and integrity.
  • System Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and data security.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor IAM systems for security breaches and generate reports on access activities, providing valuable insights for improvement.
  • User Support: Provide support and training to users on IAM processes and tools, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IAM configurations, policies, and procedures, ensuring easy access and reference for the team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: + years of experience in IAM support, preferably with Oracle IAM solutions, with a strong understanding of access control models and security best practices.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Oracle IAM tools and technologies, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in the financial sector.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards like NIST, GDPR, and SOX.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
