About the Role

Futures Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team at their head office in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a chance to grow and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input and log a high volume of invoices on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reconcile statements on a monthly basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Respond to queries from suppliers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process monthly supplier payments via BACS and cheque, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
Requirements
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good general knowledge of payroll aspects, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
