We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Letchworth FWC. As a key member of our fitness and wellbeing club, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage our team of colleagues to deliver high-quality service and maintain quality standards in all areas.
- Conduct tours for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club and promoting our services.
- Oversee health and safety, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
