Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our Management Accounting team at Future. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our monthly management accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all month-end journals are posted accurately and within agreed service level agreements.
- Own and manage balance sheets, including accruals and prepayment schedules for respective areas.
- Review postings with relevant business areas to ensure accuracy.
- Produce high-quality slides and commentary to explain month-end results.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the review of management accounts.
- Respond to queries from the business and wider finance teams as required.
- Provide task-level oversight and mentoring to Finance Analysts.
- Pursuing or interested in pursuing an accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Previous management accounting experience, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.
- Bright, energetic, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a focus on accuracy and execution.
- Team player with effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure month-end deadlines are met.
- Able to guide and mentor junior team members effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder and time management skills.
- Positive attitude to change and a drive to challenge and improve processes.
- Experience with Netsuite, Planning Analytics, BigQuery, or other financial/data systems is desirable.
