Job Title: Evening Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care and support to clients, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging clients to engage in social activities and build meaningful relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay rate of £13.15 per hour.
• Minimum 1-hour calls, with client matching for continuity.
• Schedule availability: 5pm to 10:30pm, weekends all-day.
