Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and technical support to the UK Director and the UK Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior executive support to the UK Director
- Coordinate meeting agendas, minute taking, and related skills
- Monitor budgets and perform finance-related administrative tasks
- Organise, prioritise, and work efficiently under pressure
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and use judgement and initiative in problem resolution
- Good at problem-solving in the dissemination of information, logistics of travel, and organising meetings and events
- Experience in systems and standards for large organisations
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
- Confident and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills and experience of arranging/coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Sound confidential approach to work
