About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Salaried GP to join our team at Cambridgeshire GP Network Ltd. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing continuity of care and making a positive impact on patients' lives.
  • Manage a manageable workload, with 12-13 patients per session, blocked time for home visits, and daily clinical meetings.
  • Participate in capped duty sessions, without care home responsibilities.
  • Adhere to the BMA model contract, ensuring a stable and supportive work environment.
  • Engage in monthly clinical closure afternoons for training and team building.
  • Utilize SystmOne practice with full Ardens templates, streamlining administrative tasks.

Cambridgeshire GP Network Ltd is a Federation of Practices across Cambridge and surrounding villages, with a social enterprise ethos. We provide stability, leadership, and a supportive environment for clinicians to thrive. Our practice, Cherry Hinton Medical Centre, has 9,604 patients, cared for by a dedicated team of GPs, ANPs, nurses, and support staff.

We offer a traditional practice model, prioritizing face-to-face high-quality consulting, with the support of a bigger network. This allows you to focus on patients, not firefighting, and ensures a transparent and stable practice environment.
