Customer Service and Sales Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at Pavers Shoes in Dalton Park. This part-time role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, selling shoe care and accessories, and maintaining store standards.

The successful candidate will have good availability, including weekends and weekdays, and be willing to learn and take responsibility for themselves. As a member of our team, you will receive full training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £11.70 per hour (21+ years old)
  • £9.60 per hour (18-20 years old)
  • £7.85 per hour (16-17 years old)

Once you complete the required retail induction PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.05 per hour (21+ years old), £9.87 per hour (18-20 years old), and £8.07 per hour (16-17 years old).
