Job Overview

In Unify, we are seeking an experienced Quantum Estimator to join our team in Barrow. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who possess excellent proposal submission skills and a keen understanding of best practices.

This role involves preparing solution appraisals, implementing common practice, and interacting with clients. To succeed in this position, you will need relevant qualifications in quantity surveying and proficient IT skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Additionally, UK working experience and a full UK Passport are required.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and compile proposal submissions
  • Manage implementation of best practice
  • Labour loading of asset information
  • Establish agreed benchmarks for performance
  • Measure performance versus contracted requirements

Skill and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in quantity surveying (degree level preferable)
  • Proficient IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • UK working experience and a full UK Passport

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
