Job Overview:
The South Downs Residential Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team of Support Workers at one of our homes in Eastbourne. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with individuals who require person-centred care, focusing on their unique needs and abilities.

About the Role:
We are looking for a caring and supportive individual who can provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and engaging in activities that enhance the quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care to individuals with learning difficulties and autism
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration
* Promote independence and encourage participation in activities
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Requirements:
* Experience working with adults with learning difficulties and autism
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High standards of care and compassion
* Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays

* Competitive salary: £24,960 per annum (reviewed annually)
