Job Description

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Operations department, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing financial data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process financial transactions, including property sales, shared ownership, staircasing, asset disposals, and ad hoc payments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including journal processing and general ledger coding.
  • Support other teams within the Financial Operations department to ensure smooth processing and maintain segregation of duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Recognized accountancy qualification or part-qualified with relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Dynamics GP.
