We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Lead at our Chislehurst service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of complex care and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Job

This is a senior leadership role that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in care delivery, focusing on patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures to ensure consistency in care delivery.
