Senior Designer/Design Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer/Design Team Leader to join our team at Stripe Communications. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of talented designers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, utilizing industry-leading software tools and technologies to produce high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
  • Provide creative direction and strategic insight ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Mentor and coach content teams and junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, industry standards, and project management best practices.
  • Manage workload distribution and project timelines for the studio team, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of effective people management and commercial leadership of a design function.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, with a focus on social media content, and digital marketing campaigns.
