Senior Principal Designer and CDM Consultancy Services Lead

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Principal Designer and CDM Consultancy services business unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing, overseeing, and growing this business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of consultants, associates, and directors to deliver high-quality CDM consultancy services.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business unit, identify new opportunities, and expand our client base.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to increase our visibility and establish strong connections with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Oversee the financial health of the business unit, including budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a design or construction management related field.
- Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications and experienced with BIM.
- Proven experience in delivering Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor services at a Director or business unit lead level.
