Part Time Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part Time Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at GLG Vets in Wheatley. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to provide top-quality veterinary care and treatment to a variety of animals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional veterinary care and treatment to animals, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and a well-equipped clinic.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, ensuring seamless communication with the veterinary team.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
  • Ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively during your shifts, prioritizing patient care and team collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent), with a strong foundation in veterinary medicine and surgery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.
