Job Summary

This Restructuring Services Lead position requires a highly experienced professional to lead the restructuring and recovery process for insolvency cases. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of insolvency legislation and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, supervising staff, and collaborating with office-holders and other Evelyn Partners staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the restructuring and recovery process for insolvency cases, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Supervise and train staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with office-holders and other Evelyn Partners staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist in business development efforts, participating in marketing events and collaborating with colleagues to expand our service offerings.
Requirements
  • A qualified accountant or JIEB qualification is essential, with substantial experience in corporate insolvency and administration.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insolvency legislation, regulations, and standards is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
