About the Role

We are seeking a qualified corporate lawyer to join our team at AMS Group. As a junior to mid-ranking lawyer, you will assist with the legal work required to implement tax advice provided by our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with our corporate partner and tax lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on company law implications of re-organisations, capital reductions, and demergers
  • Drafting legal documents, including those related to family investment companies, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements
  • Occasional M&A work, with opportunities for career progression
  • Supervising and training more junior lawyers as we grow our team
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
  • Strong technical skills, with attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
