  5. Manage your own schedule and maintain an organised approach to service calls.
  6. Offer advice on machine maintenance and best practices to clients.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a technical field (e.g., engineering, electrical, mechanical).
  2. Knowledge or experience with coffee machines (commercial or domestic) is preferred but not essential.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Full UK driving licence (essential).
