Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a growing business in a static role based in Central London. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of building services systems, including maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and tests on electrical systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. They will also diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues with building services equipment such as HVAC systems, lighting, power distribution, and controls. Additionally, they will respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests, resolving issues and ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Electrical Engineer with expertise in mechanical systems. They must be able to diagnose and repair faults in building services equipment effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and contractors. Relevant qualifications and certifications in building services engineering (electrical) are preferred.
