We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Veterinarian to join our team at Medivet Group Ltd. As a key member of our 24-hour veterinary centre, you will play a crucial role in delivering clinical excellence and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance and contribute to the development of our clinical teams. With a competitive salary of £72,000 per annum, depending on experience, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented Veterinary Surgeon to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Veterinary Surgeons and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing a team and driving business growth.
