We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Randstad UK. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our team to provide efficient and effective treatment.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing and managing your patient caseload to ensure timely and effective treatment
  • Providing education, advice, and support to patients and their carers on home management
  • Maintaining accurate statistics and professional records as required
  • Delivering a service that meets all organizational and professional responsibilities
  • Communicating effectively with patients and ensuring they understand their condition
  • Promoting and supporting effective team working, fostering a culture of openness and transparency
  • Supporting the service's leadership team as required
  • Maintaining a high level of safety to ensure all service users are kept safe
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current professional membership
  • Enhanced vetting, including an enhanced Access NI check, due to the nature of the work
  • Up-to-date immunization records to complete a full occupational health review
  • Ability to build rapport with ease and communicate effectively with patients
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
