About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fraud Consultant to join our Reactive Investigations team at RSM. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering reactive assignments across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultant in the delivery of investigations and linked assignments
  • Manage and progress multiple investigations to meet specific time lines
  • Present and manage cases during criminal proceedings in compliance with governing legislation and disclosure obligations
  • Assist in the direction, supervision, and mentoring of Consultants and junior staff as required
  • Build relationships and rapport with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • ACFS qualification is essential for this role due to client requirements
  • Experience of working within a fraud prevention/detection/investigations team environment
  • Experience of presenting and managing cases during criminal proceedings in compliance with governing legislation and disclosure obligations
  • Ability to manage and progress multiple investigations to meet specific time lines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client-focused with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong ability to organise a varied workload and plan and manage own workloads and calendar
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
  • Strong understanding and proven ability of fraud and bribery legislation
  • Proficient in the use of IT and office software packages
