Community Support Specialist

The Avenues Group is a dynamic organization that strives to create a supportive environment for its service users. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and promoting independence.
We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our Tonbridge service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with two adult males who require support with Autism, ADHD, and Epilepsy. They enjoy engaging in various activities, including gaming, watching movies, and creating art. They also participate in community events, such as meals out and work-related activities.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Full UK Automatic License and be willing to drive when necessary. Your responsibilities may include assisting our service users with daily tasks, social interactions, financial management, and personal care. We offer comprehensive training programs for those without prior experience in social care.
A key benefit of this role is the competitive salary of £23,264 per annum (pro rata).
