We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare, a leading provider of residential, nursing, and dementia care in the UK.
About the Role:This is a full-time position working nights in one of our care homes in Rochester, Kent, caring for 36 residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to NMC standards and guidelines
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized care for each resident
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and care coordination
