Job Title: Junior Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Paralegal to join our team at Citigroup Global Markets Limited. As a Junior Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team in the review and analysis of client documentation, negotiation of agreements, and provision of research and updates on relevant legal and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze client documentation, including authority documentation and NDAs.
  • Assist in the execution of legal documentation and provide research and updates to the legal teams on relevant legal and regulatory updates.
  • Guide clients on requirements to reflect mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide strong analytical and research skills to support the legal team.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a corporate legal department, law firm, financial services, consulting, or related industry.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and apply it to this role.
  • Personable approach and ability to work in a team.
  • Curiosity of updates in law and regulation.
