Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Management Specialist to join our dynamic Personal Healthcare team at Procter & Gamble. As an R&D Master Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of data within our core R&D systems.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity focuses on implementing R&D data standards across the EU, aligning with global technical guidelines and standard operating procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate related product data systems and processes, including life cycle management, change control, SAP, vendor setups, market clearances, and artwork processes.

Responsibilities

  1. Implementing R&D data standards across the EU, ensuring alignment with global technical guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  2. Collaborating with Technical Content Owners to address missing data attributes and documentation, ensuring data completeness for incoming project requests.
  3. Originating complex product and packaging specifications as well as automation requests, conducting validation checks such as change actions, bill of materials, weights and dimensions.
  4. Ensuring the availability of necessary data flows across interdependent systems, verifying change control content and execution status.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy (B. Pharm) and/or relevant experience, preferably in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Familiarity with commercially available master data systems, proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power BI, etc.), and experience within the pharmaceutical or regulated industries will be highly advantageous.
  3. Proficiency in English and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
