Job Summary

The Director of Global Product Excellence will be responsible for driving product innovation and quality across all departments. This role will involve introducing new processes and technologies to support continuous improvement in quality, speed to market, and product innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product development processes to ensure quality is built at the early stage
  • Lead cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies and processes that drive product innovation and quality
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and maintain high-quality products that meet customer expectations
  • Manage and optimize product testing and inspection processes to ensure compliance with technical and legal standards
  • Develop and lead a global team of product experts who share your passion for delivering exceptional product quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Materials Science, or Quality Management
  • At least 8 years of experience in product development, quality management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
