ERP Systems Trainer - Non-Profit Organization

Our client, a non-profit organization within the cultural heritage space, is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Trainer to support the rollout of a new EPOS solution across multiple sites. The primary objective of this role is to create a comprehensive training plan and materials to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the new solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a training plan that meets the specific needs of the end-users.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and remote training for diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical staff.
  • Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials, to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Customize training programs to meet the unique needs of the end-users and provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make improvements as necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in software training with a proven track record of delivering training both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Strong experience in creating training materials, including videos, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience of working with contractors and 3rd party providers, with in-depth knowledge of EPOS systems.
  • Advantageous to have experience with LS Retail or Microsoft Business Central.
